Users
Everyone who can sign in. Choose Edit to change a person's role, extra access, or account.
Role Permissions
Pick a role to see what everyone in it can do. To give one person extra access, use Users.
Microsoft 365 Integrations
Secrets and resource identifiers are protected in Azure. Order Manager only shows connection readiness.
Protected technical configuration
Customer email readiness (Outlook drafts)
Read-only checks. Drafts are created in each user's own mailbox; no secrets are shown.
To keep Office Schedule above other overlaid calendars, move Office Schedule Calendar to the top of each Outlook calendar list. View Outlook instructions.
Audit or rebuild independent weekday count events from Overview totals.

Outlook and SharePoint updates that did not finish by themselves. Retry them, check them, or close them out once they are handled.

Outlook & SharePoint check
Finds orders that were added or changed in Outlook or SharePoint outside the app. It only reads.

Orders handled outside the app
Folder check
Finds SharePoint order folders in the wrong place. A scan only reads; nothing moves until you confirm a repair.
Invoice Conflict Resolution
Inspect active, placeholder, quarantined, and deleted records before allowing an invoice to be entered again.
Deleted orders
Orders deleted in the last 90 days. Restore brings an order back and syncs Outlook and SharePoint again. Shipment-group membership is not restored.
Shaker Item Catalog
Replace the active BO/OC item list with an Excel workbook containing Item, Description, and Category columns.
Optional Type column: sections the Pick List PDF. Use Base Cabinet, Wall Cabinet, Tall Cabinet, Vanity, FFD (Face Frame and Door set), Accessory, Filler/Trim, Panel, Molding, Hardware, or Other. Items without a Type print under Uncategorized.
